This signature course explores how effective instruction begins with understanding the learner. Participants examine how student experiences, learning needs, and individual strengths influence academic development. The course provides practical strategies for designing instruction that responds to the learner rather than relying on one-size-fits-all approaches.

 

The S.T.U.D.E.N.T. Lens™ Framework

The S.T.U.D.E.N.T. Lens™ Framework provides a structured approach to analyzing learning needs and designing purposeful instruction. Participants learn how to examine student voice, task demands, skill development, engagement, and natural supports in order to build instructional strategies that lead to meaningful progress. This framework serves as the foundation for the Literacy Path, Math Path, Spelling Path and Writing Path learning systems.
