I am deeply passionate about education and committed to supporting students with IEPs and learners performing below grade level. Through my work as a tutor, special education teacher, homeschool educator, and curriculum developer, I have seen how the right instruction, consistency, and support can help students build real skills and lasting confidence.

I understand the daily demands of special education and homeschooling, from differentiating instruction and supporting IEP goals to creating systems and routines that truly work. My focus is always on helping students grow academically while building independence and confidence.

A Moment That Changed Everything

I once worked with a student who had been described as unable to read at grade level and highly dependent on support. With clear instruction, consistent expectations, and meaningful support, he became one of the strongest readers in the class and began working independently within weeks.

 

The student did not change.
The instruction and environment did.

 

That experience shaped how I approach teaching every student.

A Student-Centered Approach

I developed the S.T.U.D.E.N.T. Lens™ Framework to guide my work. This approach helps me look beyond labels and focus on what each student needs to succeed. It considers student voice, skill development, engagement, supports, and the path toward independence.

Supporting Students and Educators

Through Ms. Hall’s Student & Educator Support Services, I provide:

• Personalized tutoring for K–5 students, including those with IEPs
• Support for homeschool families and learning plans
• Systems and tools for educators, including lesson planning, organization, and documentation

My goal is simple: support students in building skills and confidence, while helping educators save time and stay organized.
